The number one rule, if you have any questions about any of the terms please email us and we'll be happy to explain.
Do NOT spam, if you spam you will not be paid....period. This includes all spam including but not limited to email, ICQ, chat rooms, IRC, newsgroups, etc.
You must not advertise fraudulently. This includes putting any text anywhere near our links that claim the sites are free, requiring anyone to click the links to us to gain access to your content, giving them access to something else when they join our site, etc. Any grossly misleading or false advertising will result in immediate account termination.
We will send out checks by the 3rd and 17th of the month for the previous 2 weeks traffic providing the amount earned is over $50. Earnings below $50 will be carried over until they do exceed $50.
Only one account allowed per company/person.
All pages with our ads MUST be written in English.
If you are using the unique payout program, you may only use banners, full page ads, or text links supplied by Prime Cash. Webmasters in the pay per sign up program are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.
Overseas webmasters will be paid one time per month on the 3th of the month following the preceding month. Fed Ex Delivery is available for a small fee.
If you are sending traffic through the unique program your conversions must be on average with industry standards. The productivity of your account is reviewed periodically. If your traffic history shows a grossly unproductive sign-up rate Prime Cash reserves the right to pay you per sign up retroactive to the prior pay period. If your account shows zero sign-ups Prime Cash reserves the right to pay you two cents per unique click or terminate the account. Profitability is necessary for both Prime Cash and the webmaster to keep the integrity of the program intact.
Webmasters from the following countries are not permitted to advertise for Prime Cash: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia. New accounts from these countries will not be paid. Exceptions can be made by providing primecash at primecash.com references
You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, you WILL be canceled without pay.
You are not allowed to load our pages automatically in a new window or console (unique program).
Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!
The unique per click program also does not allow Circle Jerk, Gallery posts of any kind (toplist, picpost, tgp, movie posts etc), games, cartoon, and sites that are not of an adult nature are ineligible and subsequently will not be paid if they join the banner programs. (including link sites where the bulk of traffic is derived from these sites)
All visitors coming to our website(s) through your linking syntax should come from a web site or a page with a full internet address. Any posting of your link syntax to newsgroups, spamming by e-mail, spamming through IRC, spamming in any way, or any matter of delivering this URL to someone who has not DIRECTLY requested it WILL RESULT in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION!!! If you are spamming the URL of a page with any of the above methods that has banners on it, and our link is one of them you will also be terminated... Regardless of how much traffic and or sales you are sending. Once again, this is a serious issue, and not one we take lightly!!
You must be 18, or whatever age is required in your local community to view adult material, in order to participate in our program! If we discover you are under 18 years of age your account will be TERMINATED.
If you are a resident of the United States, we cannot and will not send you any checks until we have received your Social Security or EIN #. Anyone outside of the U.S.A. will not need to give us any tax information, you are expected to claim the income in your country.
If we notice any signs of fraud on your account, we reserve the right to put your account "on hold". When your account is on hold there will be no more checks issued until we have resolved the issue. If it was a mistake on our part, there will be NO LOSS OF INCOME. If you are sending fraudulent sign-ups, then your account will be terminated without pay. And depending on the serious of the situation we may take legal action.
We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it has been determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
Sponsors whose account has been terminated must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from the new account.
Prime Cash reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than 30 days or if you are not sending at least 5+ clicks a day.
We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their web site or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to change the pay out rate with a 3 day notice. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
(per click program) You may not open any Prime Cash site in a new browser window. If your site is built in frames the link must open in the same window NOT in your frames. You may never open any Prime Cash site inside of frames, ever.
You may NOT open exit consoles when someone clicks on one of the Prime Cash banners and/or textlinks.
You may not open other browser windows in front of or behind the window in which our page appears. When the surfer is viewing our sites there may not be any other browser windows in front of or behind our page which were generated by your site.
Prime Cash does not take traffic from any web pages that are password protected unless we are supplied with an active user name and password.
We will not pay for traffic from any non-adult free hosts. This includes any free space given by your ISP.
A full page ad with no external links does not constitute a website. You must maintain a fully operational website with an index page and a main page. If you have any questions about this rule please email us at primecash at primecash.com. Any website that does not allow an exit from a full page ad is in violation of this rule and will not be paid.
Prime Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
We do not tolerate cheats - we will not pay cheats.
No use of any unethical or socially unacceptable methods to promote Prime Cash will be paid.
This is the easy one! Use common sense, we are here to make lifetime business partners, and are more than willing to work with you in 98% of the cases. But if there is something you even feel a little bit weary about doing with our programs, send us some mail first and get written permission from us.
